Capital shame:Girl molested at CP

NEW DELHI: Just how unsafe the Capital is for women was chillingly brought home again on Sunday night, when a 27-year-old boutique owner, Hema Roychoudhary, was molested by two motorcycle-borne men right in the heart of the city.
The drunk abusers followed Hema���s car, in which she was travelling with her family, and tugged at her T-shirt at a red light.With a crowd passively looking on, she and her family were badly beaten up for protesting.
Hema had taken her family for dinner at Connaught Place to celebrate her brother���s birthday. As they were returning, two men began to follow them down K G Marg.
At the Feroze Shah Road-Kasturba Gandhi Marg red light, the motorcycle pulled up alongside and the two passed lewd remarks.
Hema said the duo had followed her when she emerged from the restaurant along with her brother Shiva, her mother, sister and fiance.
